I’m Adam Rahman, LPC-S and Clinical Director of Social House Wellness Company in Katy, Texas. I mostly work with adults and young adults dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, substance use, stress, and major life changes. I also see older teens when it feels like a good fit.
My style is pretty collaborative. I use EMDR, Adlerian and psychodynamic approaches, CBT, and trauma-focused work depending on what someone needs. A lot of the work I do involves looking at how past experiences, family patterns, and relationships may still be affecting what is happening now, while also helping clients make practical changes in their day-to-day life.
